History Of Metal

I was tasked with creating a timeline of a specific music genre, I was really into metal at the time, so I chose to make a design about the history of metal. I chose to only use black and white as I felt that it represented metal music very well. I then incorporated an older metal logo with a few tweaks on the left in black and a more modern metal logo in white which is shown on the right. I then split both the modern and past designs in the middle with two different backgrounds in order to better communicate the differences as well as still provide a sense of unity within the overall design.
